January 17 - News from the NSW state association has been circulated regarding the previously upcoming State Title. The following message appeared on the AWSR website News section. It's happened again! 2 weeks out from the NSW Wingless Title Morris Park Speedway has cancelled the running of the 2012 NSW Wingless Title. The track's comments were that the lack of nominations forced the issue although nominations were not closed and already had 30 Cars attending. To all Interstate and NSW drivers, Sydney Speedway has added us to the Friday Night 27th January Programme of the Australian Late Model Championship. All Owners and Drivers be aware that nominations for this event will close on Sunday the 22nd January at Midnight. We will be running Time Trials , 1 Heat and 2 x B Mains and A Main. This event is only 2 weeks from the Aussie Wingless Titles on the 9th - 11th February at Sydney Speedway.
